Physical education and sports

UDIS believes that a healthy mind requires a healthy body so physical education and sports are important parts of the curriculum. The school provides playgrounds, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and an attractive garden campus for students to facilitate physical development.

The ability to participate and try different sports is also an important part of our extra-curricular programme in which we have a variety of sporting options students can take part in each week.
