Enrolment information

Welcome to registration at UDIS, the first step to enrolling your child at the school. School fee information can be found here. To complete enrolment, the following steps need to be completed:

Pre-Enrolment

  1. Submit the completed registration form to the school
  2. Pay the 60,000 baht registration fee to book a place for your child
    1. This is refundable if your child is not given a school place less the application fee (10,000 baht).
    2. If discounts have been granted, these will be applied when term fees are paid.
    3. The registration fee must be paid by bank transfer

      • Please send receipt/notification to either admin@udis.ac.th, fax to (042) 110-379 or drop the receipt into our school office.
  3. Submit all other required forms at time of registration or at the enrolment interview, including:
    1. Please complete the student application form
    2. Please complete the student information form
    3. Please complete the media release form
    4. Please complete the library rules form
    5. Please complete the parent code of conduct form
    6. Please complete the Data Protection form (on request)
    7. Supporting documents required for this include:
      • Birth certificate
      • House registration/passport
      • 3 passport photos, 2 passport photos of each parent/guardian 2 passport photos of anyone authorised to collect your child
      • Child’s immunisation record
      • Copies of any medical information the school may need
  4. Attend an enrolment interview at the school with your child
    1. All children are required to do an observation at the school where possible. Students entering Year 1 and above also complete EAL and other enrolment tests as needed.
    2. Once tests are complete an enrolment interview will be scheduled.
  5. Following the interview, the school will notify parents of acceptance into the school.

Enrolment

On being accepted into the school, parents must pay all required term fees. These can be paid at the school office during working hours. Payment dates for term fees can be found here.  Any registration discounts that the student has gained will be applied at time of payment for term fees.

Fees that are due at the start of each academic year include:

  1. Tuition fee
  2. Catering fee
  3. Textbook and materials fee.

Students, who enrol after Term 1 must pay the registration fee before attending the enrolment interview and must complete payment of all invoiced fees before school starts. The registration fee is non-refundable except for where the student is not accepted into the school or where parents do not accept the offer of a place (subject to payment of application fee).
